but fun stuff was -

designing invitations for Andee's party (yes, during drivers ed)
candy =)
Fluffy and Duke (don't ask)

and we get to endure the same thing tomorrow, and the next day, and the
NEXT day!

This weekend...

was awesome!!!
See, I was kinda disappointed not to be going up to PA with the mimes... but I had a great weekend anyway. =)

Saturday was -
sleeping in till almost 11 (friday night was rough)
doing nothing all day =)
going to a dress rehearsal for the Palm Sunday program at our church.
Golden Corral for dinner!! (huge buffet, in case you don't know...)

Sunday was -
~waking up 30 minutes later than I wanted... but only was 2 minutes late to church. But since I just had to be downstairs by nine, it didn't really matter for me.
~getting downstairs to find a hot breakfast(which was nice, cuz I didn't eat earlier.)
~hanging out with Nate and Paulina and Rosalie and Ali and Joe (and lotsa other people) before the program.
~the actual program, which was us kinda posing and acting out what this woman was narrating... but it was sooo fun ny.
~afterwards..... surprising Paulina with a card and balloon for her birthday
~ ((hugs)) i <3 hugs. they make me smile.
~going to the Cheesecake Factory with Andee and Michael(Cooper) and all of Andee's family.
~ having waaaayyyyy too much fun.
~talking with Andee.
~regretting our decision to let the boys sit next to each other.
~and pretty much just having a great time.
~ ooh! and I got fettuccine alfredo for dinner!!! and a peach smoothie for dessert!! yum!

Swim Team Banquet

... It was awesome. I wouldn't have traded it for the world.
The funniest things were -

Reminiscing.... we've had some fun times over the past six years
Prank calls =P
Truth or Dare
Food fight! Well, more like an icing fight between Abby and Nicole
Me convincing them to smear icing on TK.
TK's reaction and his icing-ed cheeks.

and pretty much laughing till you cry type stuff =)

But there was also sad stuff. I hate saying goodbyes. I cried. =(

fun fun fun...

So, so, so...

My grandmother came down today, and we went SHOPPING!!! yayayay!!

and I got lotsa fun, summer-y stuff! and I have some pics for y'all! So,
we went to DEB, and I tried on two gorgeous dresses, but I didn't get
them, only took pictures.

And And - I got three adorable skirts. and I have pictures!!!

I got the most HILARIOUS thing in the mail today.
It begins, " Dear Christine, You have been referred to me as a possible
candidate who may enjoy modeling, acting, or learning stage techniques..."
I make it that far before I burst out laughing... then I look at who
it's from, and totally lose it.
The National American Miss Maryland State Pageant.
that is the funniest thing that has happened all week. I'm still
laughing about it.

ehh...

So, today wasn't really that great. I'm feeling a lack of socialization. (gasp! I know, coming from an introvert, that's really weird, but I would have liked to at least gone out of the house.)

But, smiley stuff was:

reading War and Peace. I'm really liking it, as long as I can keep all the characters straight!

watching (or more like, finished watching) Emma. Close to four hours long, but I didn't watch it all tonight. I'm wanting to read it again, but it's going to have to wait until I'm finished with War and Peace. (check back in, like, six months=))

I'm hoping to go up to PA Saturday night, spend the night at my grandparents and see the mime on Sunday... then, I'ma going out with Andee!! yay!

...and... anyone know where the Rigmarole is?

Rain. I don't particularly care for rain, especially after such a beautiful weekend.

So, I didn't really do much today. But I went thrift store hunting and found a cute pair of jean shorts.

and I'm looking forward to Thursday... my grandmother is coming down and we are going shopping.... yay!

hi y'all =)

Today was fun, in a surprising sort of way. I hadn't planned on doing much, but my day was quite filled with unplanned fun stuff.

This morning, Nate and I were doing music for the kids at the thing at our church, and the dvd player short-circuited or something, and it wouldn't play. SO, Nate and I got up on stage and improvised. We had to do some type of easy song with hand motions so we sang 'Lord I Lift Your Name On High'. We had a blast! The kids kept wanting us to do it faster and faster, so it was quite amusing.

And, Blake stopped by at church today. Funny how it always happens when we go to the early service, but I went again (can't hurt, right?) and we had a fun time hanging out and stuff.

And and... I <3 emails... specially those that make you really happy!

And and and... I'm writing a letter to Hannah. HI HANNAH!!! I haven't seen her in forEVER!!!

And and and and... my life is just sooo great right now. It's totally everything I want it to be!

Family time...

(This is for yesterday. Today is not over yet, so I shall post later this evening in regards to today)

So, after Katie left... Erin and I watched The Pink Panther. In our slightly sleep-deprived stage, we found the movie hilarious.

Then, we all (well, not my brother, he was at scout camp) went to Panera's(the new one that just recently opened in Beards Hill).

6:30- talked.
7:30- ate pizza.
7:45- talked.
10:00- watched Horton Hears a Who. (and talked)
11:30- talked.

rundown of today:
12:00- talked.
3:00- feel asleep.
9:20- talked.
9:45- ate bagels & cream cheese; typed this.

TOTAL:
eating- 40 minutes
watching a movie: 1 hour 30 minutes
sleeping: 6 hours 20 minutes
talking: 7 hours 35 minutes... so far =)

Today.... Chem test went well... (as well as any test can go =P) and so now I'm off for spring break!! Made lotsa fun plans with Katie for tomorrow... and then Erin and I watched a movie, and now she's making crepes! yum!

It's been a week...

exactly since I last posted. I can offer no excuse, except for the fact that I've been busy. But it's been an incredible, awesome, smilely, effervescent week.

Tuesday
was class at HCC. fun. After swimming, I can home to find a friend whom I had not seen in a while. She and her mom came down from PA for a meeting my mom was hosting. And fun emails.

Wednesday
Swim practice was a blast. We were on our taper, and it was just SO much fun. It was probably one of my favorite practices. =)

Thursday
went shopping with my mom. and got a soft pretzel and an icee! Also, I practiced parallel parking. It was my very last swim practice. :sob: I'm gonna miss those kids. hehe... Also, we found out at that practice that TK listened to Cascada before he swam. lol.

Friday
... I was going crazy. Had waaaayyy too much energy. One look at me would show you that. I had my hair is two messy buns on the top of my head, and had big hot pink earrings in. It was sweet! Also, Friday night was a shave-down night.
hehe.

Saturday
Wake up at 5:30. SWIM MEET!!!!! Had soooooooooooooooo much fun. Went back to the hotel to chill. Mom and I watched Get Smart. THE funniest movie. Then went to The Olive Garden, and went and cheered on everyone at finals. More fun than I can express in words.

Sunday
Repeat saturday. x 100. yeah. that much fun. We got home and I had more fun and then we went to the Celtic Concert..... and I saw Katie and Andee and Blake and Livi and Colin and Mark and Andrea and Sarah and had fun. and was blessed. and was super happy. and ecstatic. and
effervescent. =)))))))))

Monday(Today)
Got an invitation to a wedding today. Talked on the phone with Katie for about an hour and a half. =) and I'm still sooo happy. And I <3 fun emails. and I bought about 10 new songs on iTunes today. yay!

Blessed

Last night was incredible.

I feel so blessed.

I've been blessed with an amazing group of friends... I love you guys to death.((hugs and love to Katie and Blake and Erin and Livi and Mark)) last night was awesome =)

Seriously, there is nothing more awesome than worshiping and awesome God with awesome people.

What could be more awe-inspiring than being with your best of friends, praising a God who is mighty enough to deserve all the praise in the universe, yet small enough to know your every feeling and desire?

Last week was a tough week, physically and emotionally, and last night was just, so perfect!

And, we played in church today... Blake and the Skaggs came (!!) then we went out for muffins w/ the Skaggs... and our grandparents are here now... swimming this evening...

Yeah. I watched The Hunt for Red October today. THE best movie. Hands down. EVER. (Warning - Check with your parents before you watch it. Yeah, yeah, I know it's PG, but there is a LOT of language for a PG movie.)

Then I went to swimming... hehe. I was doing this set of 10x50's. sub 35 seconds. At the end of practice. I touch the wall after the last 50, and TK shouts'Holy Crap! That was AWESOME' :smile: that made me pretty happy. (NB -My apologies if the word crap offends you. I just had to quote him directly)

Then, we went and picked Erin up from mime. Well, Erin, Andee, Danielle and Mitch.
And I saw Katie and Blake and Sarah and Livi and Sandy and Mark... but didn't have nearly as much time with them as I would have liked. =)

Okay, so today we started our taper at swimming. We cut practice by about 1500 yards. So I have TONS of energy right now, and it's only going to get worse. =P

Chem quiz went TONS better then the last one...
Played one game of Poker...
Then we got sick of card playing...

OH! Yeah! I remember. I was laughing sooo hard... Emily and Colin having a discussion over whether smoking cigarettes could make you high. Then getting into a argument over the definition of high. It was really funny =P

Then, Colin and I were talking about personalities, types and stuff.

Swim practice was great, cept for the drama...GRRRR.

Then we went to pick Michael up from Scouts, got their early, so I got to hang out a bit with some people.

Emails!

I know, I know... the day's not over yet... But something I did earlier was funny.

I cleaned out my email. Now, I bet you're thinking, no big deal, right?
Well, see, I haven't cleaned out my email in, oh, four years.

So far, I've just deleted all the forwards and emails from school assignments and such.

In case you were curious.

I still have 4533 to read through and decide whether or not I really need them.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I still want you all to email me. This is just showing me that I don't need to keep all those random forwards and emails that are over four years old.
